Excellent and fresh dumplings. Ask for pan fried- they're so good and juicy. Served hot and they can do takeout too!
Love the chicken and Napa pan fried -

Due to the long lines of Gol's Lanzhou Noodles next door, we settled for Grace and Healthy Premium Dumplings, fooled by the high Yelp rating. Our party of five left sorely disappointed by the food offered here.
We ordered two beef noodles, one seafood medley noodle, and then two different dumplings: lamb and radish, and beef and onion. As they ran out of the braised beef soup noodles for the day, we had to rejiggle our order and got instead the seafood medley, a mix of toppings on noodles (egg and tomato, cabbage and shiitake, and some braised eggplant), and three dumpling types: lamb/radish, beef/onion, and pork/kimchi.
The boiled pork/kimchi came out first, and I wasn't a huge fan of the taste. But then the seafood medley came next, and it was utterly sickeningly sweet. There was a decently generous portion of toppings, but the broth tasted very artificial and sweet. The topped noodles came next, and although this was the better of all options, it still weighed on the sweet side. The shiitake mushrooms literally tasted like they had been marinated in sugar, and the egg/tomato was the saltier mixture by far.
The pan fried dumplings were likewise a disappointment. Despite all the restaurant claims of being a independent, family-run place focused on health, they were super oily. Simultaneously, they were also tasteless! Was not good, and would not recommend.
Overall, we all left super dissatisfied - to the point where during the dinner, many of us discussed the second dinner we'd have afterwards. Would not come again! -

My friend and I came here and had their dumplings (which were very tasty and fresh), and their seafood congee (which was very salty). I would definitely go back to have their dumplings as it was relatively inexpensive (you can also buy it frozen)!

In Waterloo for a visit and needed a quick bite. The restaurant is tucked away in the corner and looks like it has a lot of traffic from UW students. The seating and decor could use some updating but the service is good.
They didn't have the beef noodle soup available so that was disappointing but the 3 dumpling dishes we ordered hit the spot.
Lamb Radish (A10 on the order sheet): ordered the boiled 12pieces option. It was yummy
Beef Onion (A5 on the order sheet): pan fried option. Juicy, Crispy and delicious
Chicken scallops chives (A8 on the order sheet): pan fried. Juicy, crispy but a bit on the oily side.
Seaweed salad: so good we forgot to take a picture before finishing off the dish!!
Dipping choices: soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil on the table can be used to make your own dipping sauce.
The complementary congee was a nice touch but it was bland.
If I'm in town again I would come back if I was in the mood for dumplings. -

Their congee is HELLA salty, got the seaweed pork and corn sweet potato. Seaweed one was extremely salty that I actually had to add water in it. I was sick and was hoping this would make me better but the sodium level was just insane. My tongue felt weird after cuz of the sodium. The corn sweet potato congee on the other hand had about 3 grains of rice in it, the rest was vefy fine corn pieces, some sweet potato cubes and a lot of gelatin goo. I couldn't taste anything in this one.
Dumplings were good though, so much more natural than premade shit. Place has a very homey feel and dumplings are of decent size. Fav is their chicken zucchini, the beef one is ok but a bit too strong, the fish one is pretty good, and the pork is ok too. Owners are very nice and servers are attentive. I ordered the fish one last time but they gave me the pork one, in the end they made me the fish one and let me eat the pork ones for free! Price is alright considering they hand made their dumplings.
